Raven - P2P Logistics

Raven started from a simple observation: international shipping is expensive, yet millions of travelers fly with empty luggage space every day. What if we could connect these travelers with people who need to send packages abroad?

The platform enables senders to post their packages with pickup and delivery locations, while travelers can browse and accept deliveries along their route. Everyone wins - senders save up to 80% on shipping, travelers earn extra income, and we reduce carbon emissions.

Technical Architecture

The backend is built with NestJS and TypeScript, deployed on Azure with automatic scaling. Real-time chat between senders and travelers uses Stream API, ensuring secure and reliable communication.

Authentication is handled through Azure AD B2C, supporting social logins and enterprise SSO for our B2B customers.

The mobile app is built with React Native and Expo, using Tamagui for a consistent design system across iOS and Android.
